WHAT IS A PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER?

A professional organiser is someone who can help you organise and gain control of any physical or digital space in your life.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HIRING A PROFESSIONAL ORGANISER?
Clutter causes stress. Once you banish your clutter you feel lighter and can concentrate your energy on things that are more important in your life like relationships or hobbies. If you have the proper systems in place, you can be more efficient, save time and even save money.
CAN'T I JUST DO IT MYSELF?
Certainly, but there is probably a reason you haven’t done it yet. Hiring me will help set the process in motion so that you can continue orgainising the rest of your house yourself or I can continue to guide you through the process. I can give you fresh perspective as I am not sentimentally attached to the items in your home.
BUT I’M TOO EMBARRASSED!?
It is normal to feel embarrassed but do not worry, this is my job and I am here to help, not judge. Everything is confidential and photos will not be shared unless you give permission.
WILL YOU MAKE ME GET RID OF EVERYTHING?
Ultimately, it is your decision to let go of items. I will not make you get rid of anything, but will provide encouragement and unbiased feedback about your items.
SHOULD I TIDY BEFORE MY ORGANISING SESSION?
Please don't! Leaving everything as is helps me see the problem areas so that I can find a solution that will work for you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
This depends on the scale of the project, each individual and situation is unique. It is determined by how large the area is, how many items are in the space, how attached you are to those items and how quickly decisions should be made. DO I NEED PRODUCTS?
No. But in some instances, products help organising systems stick. I can suggest what will work for you and your space. You may already have suitable items in your home.
